- You will not be charged for hidden extras – all meeting/event costs will be clearly detailed within your proposal
- Tea, coffee, biscuits and drinking water will be provided free of charge with all room bookings
- Our administration team will send a confirmation, breaking down your booking 72 hours prior to your arrival itemising any hospitality or additional charges that you have requested
- You will be met by someone from our hospitality team upon arrival where your arrangements for the day will be confirmed and you will be shown to your meeting room
- Our staff will be on hand throughout your stay should you have any issues or requests during your meeting, they are there to address any problems or try to facilitate any requests you may have.
